- Add cranberries and return to a boil
- Reduce heat and gently boil for 10 minutes until the cranberries burst, and the sauce becomes glossy. Stir occasionally.
- Pour sauce into a bowl. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Store in refrigerator once cooled.

- Prepare all of the ingredients.
- Heat up the Pot and add brown sugar substitute. Using low heat, let the sugar melt fully. Be careful not to overheat it, otherwise, your brown sugar will burn.
- Once you see the brown sugar substitute almost all melted, quickly add Cranberries and with a spatula coat them all with the melted brown sugar.
- Add a bit of water and start the cooking process.
- Let Cranberries cook together with water on a slow heat. Let them cook until cranberries start cracking. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Using a spatula, you can press on all of the Cranberries to crack them open and release the extra sauce.
- Store or serve.
