LOW CARB BREAD MACHINE RECIPE
This low carb bread is just 3g net carbs per slice, with all the flavor and texture of real bread. It makes great toast, french toast, and sandwiches. You can even use it as a base for cheese bread, cinnamon bread, and flavored keto breads.

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk well to combine.
- In your bread machine bowl, add all of the wet ingredients, besides the yeast.
- Add the dry ingredients on top. Then pour in the yeast.
- Close the machine and start the bread machine on the regular setting.

WORLD-FAMOUS LOW CARB BREAD
While we are doing Low Carb, we miss a slice of bread or the ability to take a sandwich to work. This allows us the freedom to do just that. * The sugar is totally consumed by the yeast and does not contribute to the carb count. This bread is approximately 4 grams of carb per slice.

Steps:
- In the bread machine pan, put the water, oil, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and the seeds if you are using them, with the exception of the yeast and baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Take out appoximately 1/4 cup.
- Pour the rest of dry ingredients into the pan.
- Mix the reserved 1/4 cup of dry ingredients with the yeast and baking powder.
- Pour into the bread machine pan.
- On our machine, we use the three hour bake cycle.
- After 55 minutes, gently lift the dough out and remove the paddle and place the dough back into the machine.
- This way, you will not have such a large hole in your bread.
- If you do it on the 80 minute cycle, remove the paddle after 30 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Place in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
- This bread seems to slice better when it is nice and cold.
- Makes great toast.
- This bread is a little more"spongey" in texture than regular bread.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Separate 5 large eggs, placing the whites in a large bowl and the yolks in another one.
- Add cream of tartar to the egg whites.
- Beat the egg whites with an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Get the 5 yolks, add room temperature almond milk, the melted butter, and mix.
- Add into the yolks batter, all dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Fold the eggs whites into the yolks batter, little by little with circular motions. You don't want to stir this like you usually do because it would take out some of the fluffiness, just fold gently.
- Take a medium-sized loaf pan and layer it with parchment sheet and cooking spray.
- Spread the bread dough in the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven.
- Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and place it on a wire rack.
- Allow the bread to cool, then run a knife around the edges then remove the bread from the pan.
- Place it on a cutting board and slice.

I am on a low carb diet, it works well, except I miss bread so badly !! I have been playing around with flax seed meal, but the taste is to strong for me so I came up with this today and it is delicious and still has the benifits of flax (high fiber)

- grease a loaf pan lighty.
- Mix the dry ingredients is a medium bowl.
- in a small bowl whisk the eggs then add milk, vinagar and splenda.
- combine with dry ingredients.
- shape into 3x6 loaf if your loaf pan is bigger, just shape and place in middle of the pan.
- bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a thin knife comes clean.
