This easy baked bacon wrapped chicken tenders recipe needs just 3 common ingredients - chicken, bacon, and cheese! Ready in under 30 minutes.

1 lb Chicken breast tenderloins ((about 8 pieces))
8 slices Bacon
4 slices Cheddar cheese ((cut in half))

Steps:

  • Fill a large bowl with warm water and a couple tablespoons sea salt. Add the chicken breast tenderloins (making sure the water covers them). Set aside to brine for at least 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil (greased lightly) or parchment paper.
  • Remove the chicken from the water and pat dry. Place a piece of cheese over each piece of chicken. Wrap the two together in a slice of bacon. Place on the baking sheet, with the cheese side facing up. Repeat with the remaining chicken, cheese, and bacon.
  • Bake for about 13-16 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp up the bacon.

1 Pack Bacon
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Natural Dijon Mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Cut chicken into desired tender size and wrap with bacon
  • Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Coconut spray and place chicken in the baking pan
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160
  • While baking chicken, melt butter the whisk in cream and cook for 1 minute
  • Stir in mustard remove from heat and stir in the remaining 2 Tbs of butter

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
8 pieces Bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 375F
  • Brush on a small amount of Dijon mustard to the top of each chicken tender.
  • Sprinkle on a little Italian seasoning and wrap the chicken tender in bacon.
  • Place all the chicken tenders on a wire rack over a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  • If you need to crisp the bacon some more simply broil them for a few minutes.

8 slices bacon (thin type slices or thin bacon)
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Season tenders with salt and pepper. Place a sage leaf on each chicken tender, then wrap each with a bacon slice.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add tenders, sage side down, and cook until fat is rendered and bacon is browned, about 6 minutes. Flip and cook until tenders are cooked through, 6 minutes. With tongs, transfer to a wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet to drain.
