- Coat 2 quart casserole with nonstick spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in medium saucepan. stir in flour, mustard, paprika, and salt. slowly pour in milk, whisking continuously until there are no lumps in the flour. continue to stir with whisk, raise the heat, and cook until milk bubbles and thickens. Remove from stovetop and stir in sour cream, egg, and cheese.
- Toss macaroni and the cheese mixture together in a bowl and then pour it into the casserole. Top with the cornflake crumbs. Set in the oven and bake for 20 min, or until bubbling around edges.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux. Slowly add milk to roux, stirring constantly. Stir in Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is thick, about 3 minutes. Place macaroni in large baking dish and pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and stir until butter is absorbed, 2 to 3 minutes. Spread over macaroni to cover. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese sauce is hot and breadcrumbs are browned, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a Dutch oven or baking dish.
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until slightly tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove cauliflower and cool until easily handled. Break cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
- Layer cauliflower, onion, mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Gouda cheese in the Dutch oven; season with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Pour milk over cheese layer. Cover Dutch oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and stir mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Continue baking until top is browned, 20 to 30 minutes more. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Get a medium-sized pot and cook your pasta according to package instructions. 5 minutes before the pasta is done, add the broccoli florets.
- Once the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is soft with a little crunch, drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a small pot over medium heat and add the onion, garlic and carrot.
- Sautée in some water or vegetable broth until they have softened, then add the cooked potatoes to warm them up for a few minutes.
- Now, place all of the ingredients for the easy vegan cheese sauce into a high-speed blender jar and blend until smooth.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add back to the pot. Pour the cheese sauce over the drained pasta and broccoli.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until tender but firm, about 5 to 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, place the frozen squash and milk into a large saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally and breaking up the squash with a spoon until defrosted. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
