Ingredients

2 cups vodka
8 sprigs fresh mint, stemmed
3 ½ cups strawberry nectar (such as Jumex®)
3 ½ cups no-pulp orange juice
2 cups sparkling wine
¾ cup pressed fresh ginger juice
ice cubes

Steps:

Combine vodka and mint in a large pitcher; mash well with a cocktail muddler. Add strawberry nectar, orange juice, sparkling wine, and ginger juice; stir. Serve in cocktail glasses over ice.

Bitter Giuseppe. As the name of this easy-to-make, four-ingredient drink would imply, the Bitter Giuseppe is relatively bitter, although it’s not so bitter that you can’t drink it without wincing.
