This loquat cocktail is made with loquat syrup, lemon juice, vodka, and sparkling water. It's a refreshing summer-y cocktail, great for hot summer days!

Steps:
- Add the fresh loquats along with the sugar and the water to a blender, and blitz until you get a smooth syrup consistency.
- Add ice cubes to a glass. Then our a shot of the loquat syrup over the ice, followed by a shot of vodka, and half of shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Then add the soda, and gently give it a stir or 2.
