London Calling image

A very popular cocktail on the drinks menu at Milk & Honey in London. Similar to a Gin Sour, but with a dose of Fino sherry (dry sherry). Tasty, refreshing and with a floral aroma--the ideal cocktail for a relaxing spring evening.

Number Of Ingredients 6

50 ml dry gin
10 ml fino sherry wine
15 ml lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
15 ml sugar syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 strip grapefruit zest, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place drink ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.
