This recipe came from a few different recipes which I have combined to make something that my family enjoys. If you buy already cooked bacon it is even quicker to make.

Steps:
- Boil Potatoes with skin on until Soft.
- When cool peel skin and slice or cube. Spray a 13" x 9" Baking Dish. Layers potatoes in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle with Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder ,Onion Powder, and Bacon.
- Mix together Cheddar Cheese, Whipping Cream and Sour Cream and put on top of potatoes.
- Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

FULLY LOADED TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Another one from my head. They freeze well, and are just as good reheated. What more can I say? Oh, they taste good too!

Steps:
- Wash and cut potatoes in half length ways.
- "Bake" in microwave for about 20 minutes or until they are soft enough to smash.
- CAREFULLY scoop out the meat of the taters so you have a shell of skin, and save the meat in a bowl.
- Smash potatoes in bowl with the butter, sour cream, garlic, and milk. Making mashed taters!
- Add in bacon, cheese, and chives, saving enough of each for topping.
- Fill each skin with smashed potatoes.
- Top with the stuff you saved.
- From this point you can wrap them and freeze them if you want OR you can cook these bad boys now at 350 for about an hour.

- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- Stir in spreadable cheese and next 4 ingredients; stir until blended. Spread mixture on bottom of a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish; top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish if desired.
LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP
We use to have this all the time at a favorite restaurant till I made my own up. YUM! I usually double this for when we are having a large group to visit.

Steps:
- Peel and cut the baked potatoes into medium sized chunks. (This can be done a day in advance to save time).
- Place butter and onions in a large pot.
- Cook till onions are semi-clear.
- Reserve 2 cups of milk and pour the rest in the pot with the onions.
- Warm milk and while it is heating mix remaining milk with the flour, whisking till smooth.
- Whisk the milk/flour mixture into the heated milk, continuing to whisk till well blended and smooth (minus the onions of course).
- When milk has thickened add the potatoes, bacon, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Finally mix in the sour cream just till melted inches.
- Garnish as desired.
- Cook time does not include time to bake potatoes.
