3 slices swiss cheese
¼ cup bacon, chopped
1 jalapeño, sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Add 1 slice of Swiss cheese to one slice of bread.
  • Add bacon on top of cheese.
  • Add additional Swiss cheese slices on top of bacon.
  • Add jalapeños on top of cheese.
  • On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
  • Grill for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is browned.
