LITTLE CAESARS ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD STICKS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spread pizza dough evenly over the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese over the pizza dough. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes or until the bread is done, and the cheese begins to brown.
- While the cheese sticks are cooking heat together 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 clove of garlic in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- When the breadsticks are out of the oven brush butter over the breadsticks. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning blend. Cut into pieces and enjoy.

ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD
We love eating at Little Caesars Pizza. Their Italian Cheese Bread is my favorite, so i put my own little twist on it.

Steps:
- 1. Cut whole bulb of garlic in half and drizzle olive oil or butter over the top so it goes down into the garlic. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 30 min.
- 2. Add all the butter to a small bowl and squeeze the garlic out into the bowl along with the basil. mix well.
- 3. set aside 1/4 cup of the garlic butter mixture, and Evenly distribute the other 2 cups on the italian bread loaf halves. Top each evenly with the 1 pound of mozzarella cheese. bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (depending on if you want the bottoms crunchy or not)
- 4. Remove from oven and brush on the remaining butter mixture on top, and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
LITTLE CAESAR'S ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD RECIPE
Steps:
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix together water, yeast, sugar.
- Add in flour and salt.
- Mix with a dough hook until it comes away from the sides of the bowl - add more flour if necessary.
- Knead by hand or with dough hook for about five minutes.
- Cover the dough ball with oil, place in a bowl, cover with plastic, and let rise at room temperature 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease 9×13 glass baking dish with butter
- Press the dough into the pan
- Spread the softened butter over the top of the dough
- Spoon the minced garlic evenly over the top of the butter to make the garlic butter topping.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

LITTLE CAESARS CRAZY BREAD
Go crazy at home when you make your own crazy breadsticks like the ones at Little Caesars.

Steps:
- Place 1/2 cup of warm water and yeast in a medium bowl and whisk together briefly. Allow the yeast enough time to bubble up and become active. This should take a few minutes. If the yeast is inactive, you may need to replace the yeast and try again.
- Add room temperature water and oil to the yeast mixture, and stir to combine.
- Place the flour and salt in a food processor, and pulse to combine.
- Add the yeast mixture through the tube of the food processor and process. The dough will form into a ball. Process until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a bowl that has been sprayed with non-stick spray, and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise until doubled in size, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Gently pat out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- Cut the dough into two equal portions down the middle. Then make about 8 cuts horizontally across the dough.
- Roll each portion of dough into a breadstick.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the dough strips onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 18 minutes or until the breadsticks become golden.
- Mix the melted butter and the garlic salt.
- Brush the garlic sauce over the breadsticks and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
