Steps:
- In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, place a large piece of foil.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup into the middle of the foil.
- Place the roast on top of the soup mix and sprinkle with dried rosemary.
- Fold the foil and seal it, making sure to fold the ends.
- Bake roast at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until done.

- Cover pork roast on all sides with soup mix and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Place in roasting bag or cover tightly with foil in baking dish. Bake 300 degrees 2 hours or till thermometer reads 160 degrees. Slices beautiful.

- 1. Place pork roast in crock pot.
- 2. Sprinkle onion soup on roast.
- 3. Spread mushroom soup over onion soup.
- 4. You may want to add about an ounce of water at this time.
- 5. Cook on high for 1 hour.
- 6. Then cook on low for about 6-7 hours.
- 7. Enjoy!
- 8. *Note* may substitute pork roast for beef roast
