- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add beans, spices and chili sauce. Mix together and heat on low flame while shredding cheese. Place about 1/2 cup on flour tortilla.

- Place seam side down on plate in micro-wave. Heat on "re-heat" for 1 minute until cheese melts.

Steps:
- Cut the Seitan into strips 1 by 1/2 inch.
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 8 inch baking dish.
- Saute the onions until just soft [for about 5 minutes.] Add garlic, ginger and salt and cook for a minute or two more. Add the cabbage and cook until the cabbage is limp. Stir frequently.
- Now add the chili paste, carrots and seitan. Cook until vegetables soft and brown [about 10 minutes] If needed add water or broth to preent sticking. When you finish sprinkle the sesame oil over the vegetables and remove from heat.
- Divide filling and place in tortillas. Roll and place seam down in baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until hot. Serve ASAP.

- Stack tortillas and place in foil.
- Place over heat, turning occasionally until tortillas are warm and pliable.
- Remove and separate.
- Sprinkle each with chips and berries in the center.
- Fold in sides and roll up.
- Brush with half the melted butter.
- Place each on rack over heat, cover and grill about 3 minutes til grill marks show and chocolate is melted, turning at least once.
- Transfer to serving dish and brush with remaining butter.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over burritos.
- Serve immediately with ice cream if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly spray two 9 x 13 inch baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove the skin from the chicken and pull the meat off the bone.
- Use your fingers to shred the meat by pulling it apart in strips.
- Stir together the chicken, spinach, tomatoes and green chilies, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, jalapenos, and 1 1/2 cups cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture down the center of each flour tortilla.
- Roll up and place, seam side down, in the prepared baking dishes.
- Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese (1 1/4 cups per casserole) on top of each dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
