Steps:
- Pour an ounce of pomegranate or cranberry juice in each of 4 highball glasses. Squeeze in the juice from each lime wedge, then drop wedges in glasses. Top with a dash of bitters, add ice, then fill each glass with tonic water to taste (about 6 to 8 ounces a glass). Stir before serving.

- In a pitcher combine the lime juice and the lime syrup and stir in the tonic. Pour the mixture into tall glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each drink with 1 of the lime slices.
RASPBERRY-LIME GIN AND TONIC
Steps:
- Add the raspberries, gin and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake to blend. Strain over a glass with ice, add the tonic and stir. Add a few whole raspberries and a slice of lime.
