Steps:
- Chill the glasses if you'd like to really impress your guests and if impressing isn't important, you can skip this step!
- Combine all but the chips in a blender; process for 30 seconds; scrape sides & stir if necessary.
- Pour mixture into (un)chilled glasses; sprinkle chips and serve.
- Viola! You are soooo cool!

CREAMY LIME SHERBET (OR ORANGE IF YOU PREFER!)
This sherbet is so easy to make and is always a hit. I got the recipe out of Taste of Home. I always take this recipe when going to an ice cream party. It give everyone a choice that they weren't expecting. The cook time is actually freezer time and will vary according to the type freezer you use. - In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water.
- Add sugar, limeade and salt; mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients; blend well.

- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Add the milk, sugar and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved. , Pour into a freezer container; freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Remove from the freezer and let stand for 10 minutes or until slightly softened. In a large bowl, beat until light and fluffy. Refreeze for at least 1 hour.
