SUGAR-FREE FRIENDSHIP TEA



Sugar-Free Friendship Tea image

A nice spicy sugar-free instant tea mix. You can also use decaffeinated instant tea to make this a sugar-free AND decaffeinated drink.

1 cup instant tea powder
4 tablespoons tang sugar-free orange drink mix
2 tablespoons crystal light low-calorie lemonade drink mix
1/2-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  • Pour contents into a clean, dry glass jars.
  • Label with directions.
  • For one Serving, mix 1 teaspoon into 1 Cup of boiling water. Enjoy!

½ cup instant tea powder
1 cup sweetened lemonade powder
1 cup orange-flavored drink mix (e.g. Tang)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine instant tea, lemonade powder, orange drink mix, cinnamon and clove. Mix well and store in an airtight container.
  • To serve, Put 2 to 3 teaspoons of mix in a mug. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water. Adjust to taste.

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
6 tea bags

Steps:

  • Combine cranberry juice, water, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves in medium (3-qt.) saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat; add tea bags.
  • Let steep 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and spices with spoon.
  • Serve into mugs or place into carafe.
