Light As Air Pie image

Fruity, light, cool & refreshing pie on a hot summer day. Not so rough on the waistline either! My family really loves it & the grandkids enjoy taking turns deciding on what flavor to make. Whatever fruit you like, it's your choice!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 small containers fruit yogurt
1 - 8 oz. container of whipped topping
1 - graham cracker pie crust
- fruit to garnish

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, add both containers of fruit yogurt. Gently fold in the whipped topping until blended. Pour into pie crust. Freeze until set. (A few hours or overnight). Garnish with fruit of your choice.
  • Example: I use strawberry yogurt & garnish with fresh strawberries. (Blueberry is good also).
