JELLO SHOTS
This Jello shots recipe contains fruit flavored gelatin and vodka, which are mixed together, poured into cups, then chilled until firm. A fun and festive addition to any party!

Steps:
- Heat one cup of water until it's boiling.
- Pour the boiling water into a bowl containing your Jello powder and whisk the mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Pour in 1/2 cup cold water and whisk until combined.
- Pour in the vodka and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Pour the Jello mixture into plastic shot cups, glasses or a small baking dish.
- Refrigerate the Jello shots for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours until they are firm, then serve. Store any leftover shots in the refrigerator.

Great to bring to a party! Bring different colors to match themed events. These are so much better than most of the ones you get at bars. You will need to find the 2oz. plastic cups and lids from your local restaurant supply store.

- Boil cup of water.
- Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
- Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
- Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
- Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

- Dip the rim into caramel topping. Layer each of these into a shot glass in the order given.
- The secret is to pour slowly, barely dribble the liqueurs into your glass.
- Start with your first liqueur and pour it into your glass, now take your spoon and place the tip of the spoon very close to your first liqueur, now carefully and slowly pour in your second liqueur over the back of the spoon and into the glass topping with cream.

- Trim crusts from bread; reserve crusts. Cover bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish with slices of bread, trimming to fit if necessary. Cover with ham, then cheese. Top with another layer of bread.
- Whisk eggs. Add onion, green pepper, dry mustard, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco; whisk to combine. Whisk in milk. Pour mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Meanwhile, pulse reserved crusts in food processor until coarsely chopped. Set aside 1-1/2 cups of the bread crumbs. (Remainder can be frozen for another use.)
- The next day, stir butter into bread crumbs until moistened. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of casserole.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (180 degrees F) oven until puffed, set and golden brown, about 1 to 1-1/4 hours.
