Number Of Ingredients 11

5 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 cups pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup milk, sweet
1 lb raisins, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups flour

Steps:

  • mix above ingredients
  • use enough flour to make stiff dough
  • let stand overnight in frig
  • roll out cookie dough and cut
  • no baking instructions given im guessing 10 minutes at 375 or until golden makes about 4/12 gallons of cookies these cookies will keep as long as 6 months.
