I believe this recipe came from the Taste of Home magazine a few years ago. I have made this for many occasions and everyone raves over it. Very easy to prepare and make aheads are always great!

Ingredients

5 (3 ounce) packages lemon Jell-O gelatin
6 cups boiling water
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade
1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Dissolve jello in boiling water, then stir in lemonade concentrate until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into a 13 x 9 glass dish.
Chill until firm.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
1 1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
4 tablespoons sugar (or 6 packets low-calorie sweetener)

Steps:

Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 3 minutes. Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the juice and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours, or longer.

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
1 (6 ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
3 cups boiling water
3 cups cold water
6 fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

Mix strawberry-flavored gelatin and lemon-flavored gelatin together in a bowl; pour in the boiling water and stir until gelatin mixture is dissolved, at least 2 minutes. Pour the cold water into the mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour gelatin mixture into a mold or leave in the bowl and refrigerate until partially set, about 1 1/2 hours. Mix strawberries and marshmallows into gelatin mixture. Continue chilling until completely set, about 2 1/2 hours more.

Combine Jello, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl. Add the boiling water; stir until Jello is completely dissolved.
Add the lemonade concentrate. Chill until slightly set (like egg whites). With a hand mixer, whip to froth.
Whip the whipping cream and fold into frothy Jello. Let set up in refrigerator. Scoop into bowls. Extra yummy paired with fruit. ENJOY!!
