Steps:
- Prepare all the dry leaves, berries, or herbs you plan to infuse. In our case, it is lemon, peppermint, lavender, and berries. Prepare a clean mason jar with the lid for each of the flavors.
- Place your dry teas into the mason jar or any glass jar. Each of the herbs should have a separate jar. Make sure you have a lid for each.
- Once all of the teas are in jars, add drinking water. If tap water is drinkable, it is perfect otherwise, pour bottled water.
- Fully close each jar and start with the steeping, infusing, and cold brewing process. For a bit stronger concentration, keep the jars on the kitchen counter for an hour and place them into the fridge later. Keep in the refrigerator for 8 to 9 hours, best overnight.
- Once your infused teas are fully cold-brewed, strain each one and store them in clean jars in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

LEMONADE ICED TEA
I make at least a gallon of this every day. Simple and satisfying. My husband has to have his sweet tea, so this cuts back the calories and stretches those little tubs. For those who don't use sugar substitutes, I have also made it with lemonade flavored kool aid and sugar- the ice cool lemonade flavor goes great in it.

Steps:
- Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Pour into gallon size pitcher, add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes, to taste. (I have left it overnight before; leave it as long as you like, the longer it steeps the stronger it gets, but 10 minutes is sufficient.).
- Remove tea bags, and add the lemonade mix. Top with cold water and ice to fill the pitcher. I usually don't have ice, and just chill it a few hours in my fridge.

LEMONADE FLAVORED ICED TEA
I made this Lemonade Flavored Iced Tea for many years. You can use either granulated sugar to sweeten it, or use packets of Saccharin Sweetener to sweeten it up. I also add a packet of Lemonade Flavored Kool-Aid, to give it that lemon flavor. Surprisingly, it tastes very good!

- The first step is to prepare the lemon and basil infused ice cubes. I like to place the herbs and zest in an ice cube tray first, then top with water. You may have to coax them down so they aren't all floating. If you use bottled water, the ice cubes come out crystal clear!
- For the orange cubes, just use orange segments and top with water. Allow to freeze for several hours.
- Once the brewed tea has had time to cool, add to a large pitcher and top off with enough cold water to fill 3/4 full.
