LEMON CHICKEN STIR FRY
This Healthy and Easy Lemon Chicken Stir Fry takes less than 30 minutes to make and tastes just as good as takeout - or better! Make this easy chicken stir fry next time you need a quick and healthy dinner!

Steps:
- Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce, set aside.
- Toss the chicken with the cornstarch, salt and pepper, until chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add one tablespoon of oil. Cook the green beans, stirring often, until starting to blister, 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and reserve on a plate.
- Add the second tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add the chicken, but do not overcrowd the pan. Cook in two batches if necessary. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Add the green beans back to the pan with the chicken. Pour in the sauce. Stir, scraping up and browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until chicken and green beans are fully coated and sauce has thickened. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice if desired.

A simple weeknight dinner ready in under 30 minutes, this Ground Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry is just the right amount of sweet and savory. Packed with broccoli, a hint of orange zest and all the flavor the whole family will love!

- Combine 3/4 cup water, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, and brown sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a low boil. Whisk 1/4 c water and corn starch together well until corn starch is completely dissolved. Slowly stir in the corn starch mixture (slurry) and allow to thicken. Remove from heat immediately and set aside until ready to add to stir fry.
- Add the sesame oil to a wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add the leeks or onion to skillet and heat for several minutes to soften. Add in the turkey and heat until fully cooked (165°F should be internal temperature.), about 7-10 minutes.
- Add in the broccoli and cook until heated through and tender. Change the heat to low and stir in the Teriyaki sauce. Simmer for several minutes until ready to serve. Add the orange zest if desired.
- Serve over rice or as desired!

- In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and lemon peel until smooth. Dissolve bouillon and honey in boiling water; stir into the cornstarch mixture. Set aside., In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry turkey in 1 tablespoon hot oil until no longer pink; remove and keep warm. In the same pan, stir-fry the onions, celery and red pepper in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Return turkey to the pan. , Stir bouillon mixture and pour over turkey mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add water chestnuts and peas; heat through. Stir in lemon juice and pepper. Serve over rice if desired.

- Grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest and set aside. Juice the lemon and whisk 3 tablespoons of the juice with broth, soy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate with tongs. - Start by making the sauce by mixing all the liquids (soy sauce, rice wine, black vinegar, and fish sauce) together and then adding and mixing the cornstarch to thicken it up. Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Make sure to do this right before the stir fry is ready, otherwise they're gonna be sticky and not very nice. Ideally, you want to start cooking them when you're almost done with the next step.
- Heat the wok over high heat and add oil. When hot, add onions and cook until translucent, about 3-5 mins. Stir constantly to avoid burning the onions, as woks get quite hot. Add turkey and cook until brown, another 3-5 mins. Add the peppers and chilis and cook for 3 mins. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 min. Add cooked noodles and sauce.
