This DIY recipe for lemon lime homemade sports drink is a healthy way to replenish electrolytes. This drink is made with natural ingredients and no added sugar. In this recipe I tell you how to make a sugar free sports drink with coconut water.

3 cups Water1 cup Coconut Water1/2 cup Orange Juice1/4 cup Lemon Juice1/4 cup Lime Juice3 Tbsp. Honey1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt

Steps:

  • In your blender add the waters, juices, honey and salt. Pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Serve over ice.
  • If you have any leftover store it in the refrigerator in a sealed container.

1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2/3 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 teaspoon orange extract
1-1/2 cups water
6 cups chilled diet lemon-lime soda
1 medium lemon, sliced
1 medium lime, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large container, combine the limeade and lemonade concentrates and orange extract. Stir in water. , Just before serving, stir in lemon-lime soda. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
