1 lemon , lime or orange

Steps:

  • Using a fork, start at one end of the fruit and move the fork down to the other end, slightly piercing the skin. Repeat this process around the entire fruit. Remove the ends and cut the fruit into 1/4-inch-thick slices. To hang the wheel over the rim of a glass, make a slit by cutting through the peel and halfway into the flesh. 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
4 lemons, juiced
4 limes, juiced
4 oranges, juiced
3 quarts cold water
1 lime, sliced into rounds
12 cups ice cubes

Steps:

  • Pour the sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice into a gallon-sized container; stir until the sugar has dissolved. Serve over ice with a slice of lime if desired.
