This tart and bracing shot is just like the lemon drop candy, except for adults only!

1 ½ fluid ounces chilled vodka
1 lemon wedge
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Place shot glass in the freezer until chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Pour vodka into the chilled shot glass. Dip lemon wedge in sugar. Shoot the vodka and immediately take a draw on the lemon.

crushed ice
1 lemon, sliced
4 sprigs fresh mint

Steps:

  • In a mixing glass, combine lemon juice, vodka and sugar. Stir until dissolved, then pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of mint.
