BEAVER CREEK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
salt

Steps:

  • 350 degrees Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, dark and while sugar and vanilla until creamy and light colored. about 5 minutes Beat in egg, about another minute. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 minutes.

2 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
  • Blend dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the shortening mixture.
  • Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 10 minutes or until pale golden.
