- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place meat in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray; spray meat with additional cooking spray.
- Rub meat with garlic, then rosemary. Pour 1/3 cup marinade over meat; turn to evenly coat meat with marinade.
- Bake 45 min., brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
- Increase oven temperature to 400°F. Bake meat additional 45 min. or until done (145°F).

- preheat oven to 350.
- in large uncovered oven proof pot heat oil.
- sprinkle pork with flour, paprika and brown in the hot oil.
- arrange onion slices on top roast and around it pour 1/2 c lea & perrins over the roast.
- roast in oven for 1 hour or until done basting occasionally with the remaining chicken marinade.
- remove roast from pot to serving platter add remaing chicken marinade to pot bring to boil and serve along side of roast.

- Mix Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme and 1/2 cup orange juice until blended. Reserve half the Worcestershire sauce mixture for later use.
- Cut slits between ribs in roast; place in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Pour remaining Worcestershire sauce mixture over roast; turn to evenly coat both sides of roast with Worcestershire sauce mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Remove roast from marinade; discard marinade. Return roast to pan. Add 1/2 cup water to bottom of pan. Bake 1 hour.
- Remove 2 Tbsp. pan drippings; mix with reserved Worcestershire sauce mixture, marmalade, ginger and remaining orange juice until blended. Pour over roast.
- Bake 45 min. or until roast is done (145°F). Remove from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

- MARINADE: Combine chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped parsley with the Tiger Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce and dry mustard (and seasoning salt to taste, if using). Mix well.
- Make slits into roast and rub sauce well into and over the roast (a basting syringe works well to place sauce into slits).
- Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 6 hours (or overnight).
- TOMATO SAUCE: Mix tomato paste (thinned with 1/4 cup water or chicken broth), parsley, and the brown sugar very well and set aside.
- Cook roast in a covered grill until the internal temperature of the roast is 170 degrees.
- Brush with Tomato Sauce when done and serve.

- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except pork. Bring to a boil over medium heat; remove from heat and cool completely. Pour 1 cup sauce into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Refrigerate remaining sauce. , Drain pork, discarding marinade in bag. Transfer pork to a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce oven setting to 350°. Bake for 1 to 1-1/4 hours longer or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with reserved sauce.
