2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 cup butter
3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup cream
vanilla

Steps:

Boil all ingredients, except vanilla, until medium ball stage. Add vanilla and beat. ENJOY!
