Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon chicken base
1/4 cup cream or 1/4 cup milk
1 -2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1 -2 tablespoon chopped jalapeno (or to taste)

Steps:

Mix cream cheese, chicken base and cream till smooth.
Add onion, olives and jalapenos.
Best when flavors have had time to mingle.

Ingredients

1 c green olives, stuffed
1/2 c jalapenos, pickled
12 oz cream cheese
1/4 c blue cheese

Steps:

1. Chop olives and jalapenos in a mini chopper or blender.
2. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. It's easy to mix if softened. Add Blue Cheese and chopped Olives and Jalapenos.
3. Serve with pretzels, crackers or celery.
