EASY WAFFLES

Steps:
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk milk and eggs; pour over flour mixture, and whisk gently to combine (don't overmix). Gently whisk in butter.
- Following manufacturer's instructions, cook waffles until deep brown and crisp. (For a standard waffle iron, pour a generous 1/2 cup of batter into center, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges, and close; waffle will cook in 2 to 3 minutes.) Serve warm, with maple syrup and butter, as desired.
KRUSTEAZ WAFFLES (+ EASY BREAKFAST RECIPE)
Steps:
- Preheat the waffle iron and grease with oil or baking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, cold water, egg, and vegetable oil until combined. Lumps are fine.
- Pour 1/3 to 1/2 of batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat until all batter is cooked. This recipe makes four servings. Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Enjoy!

WHITE BEAN WAFFLES

- Preheat waffle iron.
- Drain and rinse the canned beans. In a small pot combine the beans, thyme, and chicken stock. Season with gray salt and pepper and bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile in a large mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and teaspoon salt.
- Add the beans and their cooking liquid to a food processor and pulse to puree. Add the eggs, milk, and olive oil to the bean mixture and puree until smooth. Whisk the wet mixture into the dry slowly to avoid any lumps. Let the batter rest briefly and griddle the waffles according manufacturer's instructions.
KRISTEN'S WAFFLES
Steps:
- Beat eggs till thick. Beat in milk and butter. Add remaining ingredients.
- Grease waffle iron and pour batter into waffle iron. Cook according to waffle irons directions, until golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
- Add your favorite topping.
