Kiwi Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipes

STRAWBERRY, KIWI, AND SPINACH SALAD

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine jam, vinegar and oil. Whisk until smooth. Stir in lemon pepper and seasoned salt. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Shake before serving. Makes one cup.
• Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Arrange walnuts, strawberries and kiwi over spinach. Drizzle dressing over salad.

KIWI STRAWBERRY SALAD

Steps:

• Mix together raspberry vinegar, raspberry jam, and vegetable oil in a small container.
• Combine spinach, nuts, strawberries, and kiwi in a salad bowl. Toss with raspberry dressing.

SPINACH & KIWI SALAD

Steps:

• Put spinach in serving bowl.
• Peel and slice kiwi; cut each slice in fourths. Add to spinach.
• Grate carrots into spinach.
• Add red onion and almonds.
• Pour on poppy seed dressing to taste.
• Toss and serve.

KIWI STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

Steps:

• Wash spinach several times.
• Pat dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner.
• The salad spinner works great.
• In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershisre sauce, cover and process for 30 seconds.
• Add onions and seeds.
• Pour over salad and toss to coat.
• Serve immediately.
• You can prepare dressing ahead of time and place in refrigerator.
• Don't pour over salad until time to serve.
• This will keep the spinach fresh and the flavor of the dressing great.
