Enjoy a refreshing drink made with fresh fruit and ginger ale-this kiwi strawberry cocktail is yummy!

1 kiwi (peeled and diced)
2 strawberries (stems removed and sliced)
juice of 1/2 of a lime
1 tsp granulated sugar
3 oz vodka
ginger ale

Steps:

  • Combine kiwi, strawberries, lime juice and sugar in cocktail shaker then muddle using a wooden spoon until sugar dissolves completely and the fruit has a 'pulpy' texture.
  • Add vodka and ice then shake or stir vigorously.
  • Strain mixture into two glasses filled with ice then top off each glass with a hearty splash of ginger ale. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime then serve immediately!
