EASY KIWI SORBET RECIPE - ONLY TWO INGREDIENTS NEEDED!
Steps:
- Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds. Place the slices on a lined baking sheet and pop them into the freezer until solid - approximately 1-2 hours.
- Transfer the frozen kiwi slices to a food processor or high-speed blender and add the fresh lime juice. Pulse the fruit until it reaches the consistency of sorbet. You may have to scrape the sides down a few times to break up any chunks.
- Serve immediately or freeze. If you are freezing it will need 15 - 20 minutes to thaw enough to eat.
- This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled!

KIWI SHERBET
Steps:
- Place the pureed kiwis, sugar syrup, and lemon juice in the ice cream machine freezer. Begin freezing according to manufacturer?s instructions.
- If you're using the egg white, whip the egg white until very frothy, but not yet at soft peak. Stop the machine briefly and fold in the egg white. Continue freezing until entirely frozen.
- Remove to a sealable container. Keep in the freezer.
- Place both in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. As the liquid clears, cover and let cool. Store in the refrigerator; will keep for weeks.
- *Chef Notes: Since this ice cream is made without stabilizers, preservatives, or frothing agents, you should not store for more than 1 to 2 weeks.

Steps:
- Start by putting the water in a saucepan, add the sugar and put on low heat, just long enough for the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat and place in the fridge or freezer while you prepare the other items.
- Peel kiwis and cut into large pieces. Place in a blender and blend until liquified. Use enough kiwis to get about 2 cups of kiwi juice in the blender.
- Pour the kiwi juice into the water/sugar, pouring through a strainer if you want to remove seeds, though they are ok if they remain.
- Add lime juice and orange juice, mix until well blended. Chill in fridge or freezer for about an hour, then pour into an ice cream/sorbet maker following instructions that came with your machine. Enjoy!
