Ingredients

1 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 ounces rum (optional)
8 ice cubes, crushed
2 slices kiwi fruits

Steps:

In blender, blend until smooth, all ingredients, except the last 2 kiwifruit slices.
Garnish edge of two stemmed glasses with a slice of kiwifruit, & serve.
