Steps:

• Slice onions and saute in butter.
• Add potatoes after 5 minutes.
• Saute potatoes until fork tender.
• Brown the ground beef in separate pan and drain drippings.
• Fold in mushroom soup and ground beef into potato mixture gently.
• Heat and simmer 5 - 7 minutes.
• Season to taste.

BASIC BEEF AND RICE DINNER FOR CATS

Steps:

• In a large skilled crumble ground beef. Cook over medium heat just until cooked through but not browned.
• Remove from heat. Drain and rinse under hot water to remove excess fat.
• Cool completely.
• Return to pan. Add the cooked brown rice, chopped alfalfa sprouts, carrots and cottage cheese.
• Package into individual meals. This recipe should remain good for three days in the refrigerator. Freeze any portions meals that won't be used before then.

KITTY'S SLOPPY JOES

Steps:

• 1. In medium sized skillet brown meat. Stir constantly
• 2. Add onion and continue stirring. Adjust heat if necessary so meat does not dry out
• 3. Stir in ketchup, mustard and water as soon as meat is good and brown
• 4. Season with salt and pepper
• 5. Add relish and stir
• 6. Serve over white bread
