2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
1 tablespoon milk
Candy sprinkles, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, mix all doughnut ingredients with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
  • Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, jam and 1 tablespoon milk with whisk until smooth.
  • Dip tops of doughnuts in glaze; top with sprinkles. Serve warm.

Steps:

  • Rinse the strawberries. Cut off the caps and chop the berries into small chunks. Set aside 1/3 for later.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 2/3 of the strawberries, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until the strawberries release their juices. Mash the berries with a wooden spoon to release more syrup. Keep cooking for 15 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  • Use a stick blender or whisk to puree/mash the strawberries to achieve your desired smoothness or chunkiness.
  • Combine the puree with the remaining strawberries and enjoy!

1/2 cup Sugar ((Use more or less depends on your sweetness))
2 tablespoons Corn starch
1 cup Water

Steps:

  • Thaw the Marie Callender pie crust 10 minutes before baking and use a fork to poke holes on the crust.
  • Preheat oven 400F and bake it for 12-15 minutes until is golden brown. Then, let it cool down.
  • Wash and soak 2 pounds of fresh strawberries in a bowl for a few minutes.
  • In the meanwhile, put a small pack (3 oz) strawberry jello powder, 1/2 cup of sugar (can use more or less depends on your sweetness), 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1 cup of water into a pot mix them well. Then, turn on fire to small to medium. Keep stirring until it's bubbling.
  • After that, let the glaze cool down.
  • Drain and dry strawberries with a paper towel. After that, remove the leaves.
  • Put and lay the fresh strawberries on the baked pie crust.
  • Next, pour the glaze over the strawberries.

7 cups sliced fresh strawberries (sliced in half or in thirds)
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup strawberry gelatin (I use Jell-O gelatin for this)
1/4 cup cornstarch (measured out exactly 1/4-cup)
3 -4 drops red food coloring (or as desired)
1 (9 inch) pie pastry (use a deep-dish crust baked and cooled completely, or can use a prepared graham cracker crust)
2 cups whipped cream (or to taste)
1 cup fresh sliced strawberry, for the top (optional)

Steps:

  • In a lage saucepan place the sugar, water, strawberry gelatin powder and cornstarch; bring to a boil and boil mixing constantly for about 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and add in red food colouring (use as much food colouring as you wish to acheive the colour desired).
  • Fold in 7 cups sliced strawberries; toss well with a wooden spoon or spatula to combine.
  • Transfer to prepared crust.
  • Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until completely set.
  • Top pie with whipped cream.
  • Place more sliced strawberries on top of whipped cream if desired in a decorative fashion.

  • The first thing we need is to make strawberry pureé. For this, you will want to mash the strawberries as much as you can with a fork. Of course, this will be easier if your strawberries are a bit overripe. But if they are not, do not worry, just put them into a food processor or blender and they will be ready in no time!Mix your sugar and cornstarch together in a medium bowl.
  • Bring your saucepan over to medium heat and add your sugar and cornstarch.
  • Add your water and mix until everything is dissolved.
  • Next, you will want to pour in your strawberry pureé and mix it all together until it is well combined.
