KISS! KISS! KISS! COOKIES !!!
This is a fun bunch of cookies! Three sizes of peanut butter cookies with three sizes of "kisses"... I little something different to do with a good old recipe....

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Add the dry ingredients mixing well.
- 3. COOKIE 1: Make 1 - inch balls of dough, roll into a dish of sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Add a Hershey's Kiss on the top of each cookie, return to oven and bake for 3 minutes longer. Remove cookies to a wax paper lined surface to cool.
- 4. COOKIE 2: Make 1/2 -inch balls of dough, roll into sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven, Add a Ghiradelli chip. Return to oven. Bake 2 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wax paper lined surface.
- 5. COOKIE 3: Roll a 1/4 - inch ball of dough... and roll in sugar, place on baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, and add a chocolate chip to each one. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes longer. Remove to wax paper lined surface to cool....
- 6. *** There you have three size cookies with three size of kisses! The children love this.... and they look cute on a platter or in a gift box.
CHICKEN KISSES
This recipe makes one chicken kiss per person. So you need to do this for as many people you are serving. Sometimes I add pineapple slices and carrots. Be careful when opening these packages as steam escapes and can burn! Make sure you are using a heavy duty foil.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high to high heat and lightly oil grate.
- Take two pieces of aluminum foil about 12 to 15 inches each and lay them down in a cross pattern, one over the other. Place the chicken breast, onion, potato, green bell pepper and barbecue sauce in the center of the foil. Bring up all eight corners of the foil and twist the top together to resemble a "kiss".
- Grill each package over medium high heat for 30 minutes, or until internal chicken temperature reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).

CHOCOLATE KISSES

- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place almonds in the bowl of a food processor, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to absorb the oil generated by the nuts, and grind until medium fine.
- Place egg whites in the clean bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on high speed, using the whisk attachment, until egg whites are stiff. Add the remaining sugar slowly; continue beating until egg whites are very thick, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Beat in cocoa until combined. Fold in almonds, and mix until completely blended.The batter should be quite thick and sticky.
- Line two baking sheets with Silpats (French nonstick baking mats) or parchment paper. Dampen hands, and shape about 1 heaping teaspoonful of dough into a 1-inch ball. Pinch the ball with your fingers to form a teardrop shape, and place on baking sheet. Continue process, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart, until all the dough is used.
- Bake until cookies are slightly cracked and soft but slightly firm, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool on sheet for several minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
- Place chocolate in a mixing bowl. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Pour over chocolate, and let stand; stir until all the chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Let cool until thick yet pipeable. The ganache should be the consistency of toothpaste. Fill a pastry bag fitted with a #11 round pastry tip with the ganache. Pipe about 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate onto the flat side of a cooled cookie, and place another cookie on top. Press together gently so chocolate oozes out slightly. Return cookie to rack, and let chocolate harden. Repeat process with remaining cookies.
KISS COOKIES
Cute little cookies are rolled in nuts before baking and then poked with a chocolate kiss while they are hot from the oven.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg until well blended then stir in the flour. Roll the dough into small balls. Roll each ball in egg white then roll in chopped nuts to coat. Place cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet and make an indention in the center with your finger.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges turn golden. While cookies are hot press a chocolate kiss into the center indention. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
