Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup walnuts
1 (17-ounce) pizza dough ball
2 cups fruit topping of your choice, optional (sliced strawberries or chopped pineapple)

Steps:

Preheat an oven with a pizza stone to 550 degrees F, if possible. If your oven does not go up to 550 degrees F, preheat it to the highest temperature possible.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together well combined. In a second bowl mix together brown sugar, melted butter, and walnuts.
Roll pizza dough onto a 12-inch pizza screen. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough. Distribute a layer of fruit topping evenly over the cream cheese, if desired. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top of the pizza and bake in oven for 12 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.

Ingredients

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 large red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
1 large sweet yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

Steps:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add vegetables and turn to coat. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, turning once., Drain and reserve marinade. Place vegetables in a grill basket or disposable foil pan with slits cut in the bottom. Grill, uncovered, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill 5-8 minutes longer or until the vegetables are tender.
