Steps:
- In a large skillet heat Sesame oil, add garlic, sliced sausage, onion and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add in peas. Stir, continue to cook until sausage is browned and the veggies are the desired tenderness. About 5 minutes.
- Push the mixture to one side of your skillet and in the other, add a little sesame oil, scramble your eggs. Mix it all together.
- Add rice and soy sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Top with green onions and serve hot from the skillet.

SWEET AND SOUR KIELBASA
This 30 minute skillet kielbasa recipe only takes a minimal amount of prep work, and its filled with real ingredients your family will love.

Steps:
- In a large sautee pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add the onion slices and sear for a few minutes until they start to caramelize.
- Add the pepper chunks and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add in the garlic and the sliced kielbasa and cook until the kielbasa is warm and starting to turn brown on the sides.
- In a small bowl, stir together the honey, apple cider vinegar, tomato puree and minced ginger.
- Add the sauce and the pineapple to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened.
- Serve with rice.

- Mix flour, basil, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper together in a large bowl, and make a well in the center of the mixture.
- Whisk eggs and 1 cup water together in a medium bowl. Pour into the well in the flour. Stir until well combined; spaetzle dough will be thick and sticky.
- Bring remaining 4 cups water to a boil in a pot over high heat; add salt.
- Meanwhile, place spaetzle dough onto a cutting board. Slice off tiny dollops of dough, about the size of a pretzel stick, using a sharp knife. Drop into boiling water and cook until they float to the top of the pot, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer dollops to a bowl using a slotted spoon. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar, garlic, and cayenne and stir until sugar is melted, about 1 minute. Add kielbasa and cooked spaetzle to butter mixture; stir over medium-high heat until kielbasa is warmed, 4 to 5 minutes.

- Sort beans and rinse with cold water. Place in a Dutch oven; add water to cover by 2 in. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.
