- In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in cranberry juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. , On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread sausage, apples and peppers. Grill, uncovered, over indirect heat for 8 minutes or until heated through, turning and brushing with glaze occasionally.

- Slice up your Kielbasa in about 1 inch thick slices
- In a skillet place about 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Brown the Kielbasa slices in the olive oil
- Once the Kielbasa is browned spray your crockpot with a nonstick spray
- Dump into the crock pot your Kielbasa, cranberry sauces, and bbq sauce *note I did break up my cranberry sauce some before place it in the crock pot*
- Set your crockpot on low
- Stir about every hour or so to help to combine the flavors as well!

My family makes this recipe all the time. It is so delicious. I recommend trying it with the pork kielbasa first because that's how we have always made it. I like to use turkey kielbasa now though because it is a bit healthier.
