Kick Butt Dip image

Easy recipe to put together. I like to make it 1 or 2 days before serving for better flavor. Serve with your favorite tortilla chip.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (2 ounce) package Buddig beef, chopped
1 large jalapeno peppers, finely chopped or 1 (4 ounce) can chopped jalapenos
1 bunch green onions plus greens, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (drained)

Steps:

  • Mix well and refrigerate.

2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
1 package Buddig beef, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped (white parts only)
1 -2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped finely
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can chopped black olives
1 can chopped green chili

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well, either by hand or with a potato masher.
  • Chill 3-4 hours or overnight and serve with Frito Scoops.
