1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons nellie & joe's key west lime juice
zest from 1 key lime
1 small shallot, finely diced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon scotch bonnet peppers (use gloves) or 1/4 teaspoon habanero pepper, finely chopped (use gloves)
kosher salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve. If you prefer a thinner dressing, whisk in a bit of milk.

3/4 c buttermilk ( whole preferred)
5 T freshly squeezed lime juice
2 . T olive oil
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T honey
1/4 c minced fresh basil
1/4 c minced fresh flat leaf parsley
1/4 c minced green onions
1/2 t salt or more to,taste

Steps:

Whisk together all ingredients. Store in container with tight lid. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
