Keto Russian Dressing image

This easy dressing is super creamy with a little spicy kick. It's a flavorful sauce to add to a low-carb reuben and salad greens!

Number Of Ingredients 8

½ small shallot (finely diced)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
½ teaspoons paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl, and stir to combine completely.
  • Store unused dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

2 tablespoons Chili sauce (sugar free or to taste)
A squeeze of lemon juice
1 teaspoon Horseradish (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon Minced garlic
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Smoked hot paprika
1 tablespoon Minced onion or finely chopped chives
½ teaspoon Monkfruit (or alternative sweetener)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
