Steps:

  • Place butter in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave until melted, about 15 seconds. Swirl mug until fully coated.
  • Combine almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in the mug; whisk until smooth.
  • Microwave at maximum power until set, about 90 seconds. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

  • 1. In a microwave safe cup, beat the egg well with the butter ( I used clarified) but you can also use coconut oil or olive oil.
  • 2. add in the almond flour, baking powder & salt, combine well.
  • 3. microwave on high for 2 mins.
  • 4. turn over on plate, should come out easily, if not, gently help it with a knife, let cool a few minutes, then slice in half and toast.
