- Grease your casserole dish, and set it aside.
- Place a large pan or large skillet onto your stove at medium-high heat.
- Drizzle in some olive oil, add the garlic and saute it until it becomes fragrant, which usually takes a couple of minutes.
- Add the grass-fed ground beef and cook until brown. Drain the excess liquid and grease.
- Mix in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Once you've combined those ingredients into your pan, stir them until the cream cheese has fully melted, and transfer the mixture to your greased baking dish.
- Grab a medium bowl, add the eggs, heavy whipping cream, mustard, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Use an electric mixer and mix it on medium-high until it's thoroughly combined, then pour the egg mixture on top of the beef mixture that's already in your casserole dish. Top it off with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the casserole dish into the oven, baking until the edges are golden brown, which will take about 15-18 minutes. Once the sides are nice and golden, broil the casserole for 2 minutes then remove it from the oven, allowing it to cool for a few minutes.

- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower rice and sea salt. Stir fry until the cauliflower is cooked and a little browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
- Transfer the mixture evenly to a 9 x 13 in (23 x 33 cm) glass casserole dish. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Lightly wipe down the saute pan to remove any cauliflower pieces, and add the ground beef. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain if needed.
- Sprinkle the ground beef evenly over the cauliflower in the casserole dish.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 2 minutes. Add the beef and the onions. Cook, stirring to break up the beef, until the meat is browned and the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
- If there are liquids at the bottom of the skillet, carefuly drain the mixture and return it to the skillet.
- Stir in the kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring, 1 more minute.
- Turn the heat off. Stir in the mayonnaise, unsweetened ketchup, mustard, and 1 cup cheddar.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the Butcher Box ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onions, burger seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.. Using a spatula, break the ground beef into chunks.
- Add the worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink and the cream cheese has melted.
- Remove the skillet from heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and mustard.
- Spray an 8 x 11 or 9x9 baking dish (I used 8 x11) with oil or cooking spray. Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish. Sprinkle the Butcher Box bacon and sliced pickles throughout.
- Drizzle the liquid mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Mine was ready around 17.
- Cool before serving.

- Cook the bacon. Follow the instructions on How to Bake Bacon in the Oven. Once the bacon is cooked, then cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- Chop the onions, then shred the cheddar cheese. Set them both aside.
- In a large frying pan or dutch oven add the olive oil and turn heat onto medium-high. Add the onions and saute for a minute or two. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir together.
- Now add the cream cheese and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir together letting the cream cheese and cheddar melt into the ground beef.
- Add in the chopped bacon and stir until combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a casserole dish then top with remaining cheese.
- Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.

- Preheat your oven to 190C/375F.
- Place a large saucepan over high heat, add the oil, ground beef, salt, and pepper. Break the beef up and cook until browned, then remove from the heat.
