KAY'S EASY FUDGE
This is a recipe I found last year on the internet. I already have another fudge recipe similar to this one. I think this one may be better. Pecans are rather expensive so I used walnuts instead.

Steps:
- Combine the sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a pan; bring to a boil and cook for five minutes stirring constantly.
- Add chocolate chips and continue to heat until chips are melted.
- Remove from heat and add marshmallows, vanilla and the nuts.
- Pour into a 8-inch pan and cool.
- When cool you can cut into squares.

Steps:
- Lightly grease 2 9x13 pans, set aside. In a large pan combine butter, sugar and milk, bring to a rolling boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Let boil for another 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 234( stir constantly). Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Add vanilla and marshmallow creme, stir until completely mixed pour into pans and let cool at room temp.
- When completely cooled cut into squares. Enjoy

- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Cut mini chocolate bars into 1/2-inch pieces; set aside.
- Place white creme chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in 1 cup chocolate bar pieces and about 2 teaspoons nonpareils. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate pieces and nonpareils on top of fudge, pressing lightly.
- Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan; peel off foil. Cut into 1-inch squares. Cover; store in refrigerator.
