NICKEY'S GARBAGE COOKIES
Yummmm! I love these cookies with a bit of bran flakes to give it a little crunch. I get 60 3-inch cookies.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine and sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine oatmeal, bran flakes, pecans, coconut, chocolate chips and cranberries. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add both sugars. Add egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture, blending well -- I add a third at a time.
- Add chocolate chips mixture.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. [The amount of cookies you get will depend on how large you make them.].
- Bake at 350 until cookies are lightly browned, about 15 minutes depending on your oven. Wait a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.

KAREN'S ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES
These classic cut-out cookies are easy when you use parchment paper to wrap and chill the dough, then roll out and bake the cookies.

Steps:
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture and combine.
- Wrap dough in parchment paper and place in Hefty® Slider bag; refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with Reynolds® Parchment Paper; set aside.
- Roll out dough 1/8-inch thick between 2 lightly floured sheets of parchment paper. Cut dough with 2 inch cookie cutters. Place dough on parchment-lined cookie sheets.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned on edges. Slide parchment paper with cookies onto cooling rack; cool.
- Decorate as desired. Store in airtight containers for up to 5 days.

You can do anything with these cookies and they are still great! Use any combo of cake mix and pudding that your heart desires and they are so simple that the kids can mix them up!
