Simple to prepare, yet quite elegant. Which goes to show you don't need to visit Hawaii for a little taste of paradise. If you like a lot of sauce then double the ingredients. There never seems to be enough!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spoon half of the sauce over the chicken and cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, and spoon on remainder of sauce.
- Continue baking uncovered until chicken is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Blend jelly,barbecue sauce and 2 jiggers of Kahlua together throughly.
- Dip chicken breasts into sauce and place into casserole dish.
- I usually pour any extra sauce over chicken.
- Bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours,turning and basting as needed.
- During the last 1/2 hour,add 1 jigger of Kahlua to the sauce pan.

KAHLUA MOLE CHICKEN

Steps:
- (Mole Sauce).
- In saucepan, place butter and melt over medium heat.
- Add flour, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually add Kahlua, stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In blender container, place chili sauce, sugar, chopped macadamia nuts, cocoa powder, pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon oil, ground cloves, cinnamon, ground red pepper, salt and pepper. Add Kahlua mixture and blend until nearly smooth.
- In large frypan, place 3 tbs oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook about 10 minutes or until brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken to large casserole dish. Pour prepared Mole Sauce over chicken, cover and bake in 350 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease, and juices run clear.
- To serve, arrange chicken on platter; spoon sauce on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and green onion.

KAHLUA CHICKEN
A very quick and easy dinner. If the sauce is thickened it is a coating for the chicken. If the sauce in not thickened it is a nice sauce for the chicken over rice.

Steps:
- Sprinkle breasts with onion salt.
- Brown in butter.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes until done.
- Thicken sauce with 2 Tbs cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water if desired.
KAHLUA CHICKEN WINGS
I found this recipe on the internet and it is a winner! The wings take some time so plan ahead. They are definately worth it! Time it takes to marinate is not included in prep or cooking time.

Steps:
- In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter.
- Add onions and garlic and saute over medium heat for three minutes.
- Add chili powder and cumin.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- Blend in Kahlua and cook to reduce liquid by one-half.
- Stir in hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce and salt.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in clover honey.
- Cool.
- Remove and discard the tips from the chicken wings.
- Divide the wings in half at the remaining joint.
- Marinate the wings in the cooked, cooled sauce for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Arrange marinated wings on a broiler pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Broil for 5 minutes, turn and brush with remaining sauce.
- Remove the wings from the broiler and reduce oven temp to 350º.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
