Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

700g Butter
4 egg yolk
1000g plain flour
2tsp corn flour
3tsp milk powder
1tsp salt
200g Edam Cheese
1/4block of Cheddar cheese

Steps:

- Mix butter evenly and add salt - Add the eggs into the mix - Add plain flour, corn flour and milk powder and continue mix evenly with slow speed till evenly mixed. - Add grated Cheddar cheese and Edam cheese and continue mix it till it form a dough - Shape the dough into small pieces, smear it with egg yolk and top it up with grated cheese - Heat oven at 180 celcius degree - bake till the color change to golden color (about 15 minutes)
