1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
2 cups (8-ounces) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup pickled pepper rings
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1 (15-ounce) can Ragú® Homemade Style Pizza Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle. In a small bowl, combine the egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Brush over the dough. Sprinkle with the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepper rings, green pepper and olives. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under. Place seam side down; brush with egg whites. Do not let rise. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Warm the pizza sauce; serve with sliced loaf.

1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup ice water
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
8 ounces Cheddar, diced 1/2-inch
8 ounces Swiss cheese, diced 1/2-inch
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup fire-roasted bell peppers
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (convection) or 275 degrees F (conventional).
  • Blend pork, beef, cream, ketchup, breadcrumbs, ice water, salt, lemon juice, ground mustard, dehydrated onion, smoked paprika, white pepper, sugar, garlic powder and eggs in a food processor until well blended.
  • Turn out into a bowl and add the Cheddar, Swiss cheese, olives, peppers and tomatoes (or add your favorite pizza toppings like salami, pepperoni, mushrooms...).
  • Pack into a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake until internal temperature reads 160 degrees F, about 2 hours.

Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, if desired
1 egg
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 ounces)
1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease loaf pan, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 or 9x5x3 inches; coat with Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix milk, oil, basil, red pepper and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides and bottom of loaf from pan; remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing. Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator up to 2 days.

1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

1 (2 foot long) loaf French bread
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach defrosted and squeezed dry
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 pound sweet sopressata, from the deli, sliced thick, chopped
1/2 stick pepperoni, chopped
1 sack (10 ounces) shredded mozzarella
1 sack (10 ounces) shredded provolone
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Split bread lengthwise and hollow it out. Cut in half across, making 4 shells for pizzas.
  • Heat a skillet over medium high flame and brown sausage in extra-virgin olive oil. Brown and crumble sausage. Add red bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, add spinach. Remove mixture from heat and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, to your taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Combine sausage and veggies with ricotta, Parmesan, sopressata and pepperoni. Fill bread shells and top with mounded mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Place in hot oven on cookie sheet and bake until cheese melts and bubbles and bread is super crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes. Top pizzas with oregano and hot pepper flakes. Serve immediately, or snack all night!

3 tomatoes sliced
6 slices mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat broiler. Halve loaf of bread lengthwise. Combine meat, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, oregano, pepper, and tomato paste. Spread evenly over both cut sides of loaf. Broil 5 inches from heat for about 12 minutes or until meat is done. Top with tomato and cheese slices. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

  • 1. Brown ground beef and onion. 2. Combine all ingrediants, except French bread. 3. Slice French bread in half, lengthwise. 4. Spread mixture evenly over cut slices of French bread, spreading mixture right to the edge. 5. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and refrigerate until needed. When ready to serve, cut foil along top and roll foil back to expose meat mixture, keeping foil around crust side of bread. 6. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350F oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. To serve, cut slices diaginally.
