1 can (21 oz) pie filling
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened

Steps:

  • Directions Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Step 2 Select your favorite pie filling and spread into an ungreased 8" square pan. Step 3 Cut butter or margarine into cake mix until crumbly. Add chopped nuts (optional). Step 4 Sprinkle over top of pie filling. Bake 45 - 50 minutes.

4 cups fresh fruit, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Directions Step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13" x 9" pan. Step 2 Place fruit in bottom of pan. Step 3 Combine baking mix, margarine or butter and salt until crumbly. Blend in milk. Step 4 Pour over fruit and sprinkle with sugar. Pour water over sugar. Step 5 Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until fruit is tender.

2 cups fresh blueberries (optional)
18 ounces yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl; mix together peach pie filling and blueberries and spoon onto bottom of a prepared 8-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
